กรมอุตุนิยมวิทยา เฝ้าระวังปรากฏการณ์เอลนีโญ-ลานีญา ล่าสุด ในเดือนนี้อุณหภูมิผิวน้ำทะเลทางตะวันออกและตอนกลางของมหาสมุทรแปซิฟิกเขตร้อนต่ำกว่าปกติจากเดือนที่ผ่านมามาก และขยายพื้นที่ไปยังตะวันตกมากขึ้น โดยต่ำกว่าค่าปกติถึง 2-3 องศาเซลเซียส สภาวะเช่นนี้คาดว่า จะทำให้อุณหภูมิโดยเฉลี่ยในประเทศไทยมีแนวโน้มต่ำกว่าค่าปกติในฤดูหนาว และปริมาณฝนก็มีแนวโน้มสูงกว่าค่าปกติด้วย...

นายพงษ์ศักดิ์ พันธุ์สวาสดิ์ ผอ.เขตบางขุนเทียน กล่าวว่า ในช่วงที่กทม.ประสบกับภาวะฝนตกหนัก อีกทั้งมีมรสุมบริเวณชายทะเลด้านอ่าวไทยนั้น ในส่วนของเขตบางขุนเทียน จากการออกตรวจสอบพื้นที่พบว่าทางเขตยังไม่ประสบกับปัญหาคลื่นลมแรง หรือมีคลื่นสูงพัดเข้ามาทางชายฝั่งทะเลบางขุนเทียนมากนัก ส่วนใหญ่คลื่นจะสูงอยู่ในระดับ 1-2 เมตรเท่านั้น ถือว่าอยู่ในระดับปกติ โดยยังไม่สร้างผลกระทบให้กับทางเขตมากนัก มีเพียงแค่ปัญหาน้ำท่วมขังบริเวณถนนบางขุนเทียนชายทะเล ...
